Subscription on IVR based Travel Information Service

Robi users will be able to have the travel related information just by dialing 707. They need to register first and enter a world of travel related information.
- IVR: Interested subscriber can subscribe to the service from IVR. Subscriber will dial 707 and in welcome prompt subscriber will be instructed regarding the IVR subscription of the service. Subscriber needs to follow the instruction to subscribe the service.
- SMS: Interested subscriber can also SMS the key word ‘start TRV’ to 707. S/he will be subscribed.
- USSD: Interested subscriber can also dial *707#.

 

Subscription Fee & Listening to Content

Upon getting subscription request, system will charge subscriber the subscription fee of BDT 2 + VAT for 5 days validity and provide a FREE travel info related SMS content and subscription process will be completed. After successful subscription, subscriber will be notified and subscriber will be able to listen contents over IVR.

 

Un-subscription Request for IVR service

Subscribers can un-subscribe from the service through below process –
- IVR: - Subscriber can un-subscribe to the service from IVR. Subscriber will dial 707 and press ‘9’ to unsubscribe from the service.
- SMS: Subscriber can also SMS the key word ‘STOP TRV’ to 707. S/he will be un-subscribed.
- USSD: Interested subscriber can also dial *707#.

Subscription on SMS based Travel Information Service

Subscribers can subscribe the SMS based travel information service as bellows:-
- SMS: Interested subscriber can SMS the key word ‘start SMS’ to 707. S/he will be subscribed.
- USSD: Interested subscriber can also dial *707#.

 

Un-subscription Request for SMS based service

Subscribers can un-subscribe from the service through below process -
- SMS: Subscriber can also SMS the key word ‘STOP SMS’ to 707. S/he will be un-subscribed.
- USSD: Interested subscriber can also dial *707#.
