· special call rate will be valid for 11 days, including the day of recharge, which can be extended for every 25tk recharge
· Upon expiry of special call rate or if the customer recharges less than or more than the 25tk recharge, then bonus is not applicable. Customers will then be charged from their original package.
· In case of migration, the special tariff will be deactivated and to enjoy this tariff again, customer has to migrate back by dialing *111*44*4# or dial *111*44*3# and migrate to the Djuice package (Free of charge).
· ‘My Zone’ customers also will enjoy the lower tariff.
· If eligible for those offers subscribers can continue enjoying Sachet offer and Mini bundles.
· Lower tariff is not applicable on bonus amount.
· On the same 25tk recharge customers will be able to enjoy 25tk bonus on Voice, 25MB Internet and 25 SMS.
· Voice Bonus will be usable for GP-GP , 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM time band
· In case of PCO products, Voice Bonus can be used for 24 hours.
· To check the Voice Bonus balance and the validity, the customer has to dial *566*9#. PCO Product users need to dial *566*8# to check the Bonus amount
· SMS bonus will be usable for GP-GP SMS
· To check the SMS bonus balance and validity, the customer has to dial *566*2#

· Data charge is free for using WhatsApp and Facebook applications in all Smartphones. However, data charge is applicable for any other data based service usage.
· The customer has to download the messenger applications from a specific online store.
· Customers can only share photos via Facebook Messenger. Charges are applicable for voice messages or any other file transfer.
· Volume used on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp will not be deducted from the volume-based pack.
· 15% VAT is applicable on all charges.
