- Inactive customer whose device is out of warranty or still under one year warranty period
- Device is broken/damaged/non-functional

Reactivate your connection to replace your old device and get a workable device by paying only 50% of the device cost

Terms & Conditions
- Customer can replace the device either from Customer Care Center or any Banglalion authorized dealer points
- Customer must bring his/her broken device with him to replace with a workable one
- Customer can replace with the same type of device (For example, dongle can be replaced with dongle only and so on)
- Customer will pay 50% of the device MRP. Please click here to see our current device price
- Customer can also update his/her personal information at the time to
replace. To update information customer need to fill up a new SAF
(Registration form). Customer needs to bring one copy of photo, copy of
identification with him
- Inactive customer must reactivate his/her account at the time of
replace. To reactivate Postpaid customer must reactivate with any of the
plan from the current product shelf. Prepaid customer need to
reactivate by recharging a minimum Tk.399 Prepaid card

- Offer valid until further notice and availability of stock
Please note, active subscriber can also replace thier modem at 50% of the cost if it is broken or not working properly
