Islamer Alo Portal

Islamer Alo Portal is a subscription based IVR service designed with content related to Islam. This service can be accessed through short code 21279 by Robi subscribers.

Regular contents include the followings:
- Arabic recitation with Bangla meaning of selected Surahs
- Different topics based on selected verses from Bangla translation of the Quran
- Contents related to the beautiful names of Allah
- Contents based on Du’a
- Contents related to Hajj

Based on different religious events and as more contents are ready and available, contents may be updated.

Process to Activate Service

 

Robi users can subscribe to the service through IVR, SMS or USSD:

- IVR: Just dial the short code 21279 and follow instructions to activate the service
- SMS: Type START IAP, send to 21279 and follow instructions to activate the service
- USSD: Dial *21279# and follow instructions to activate the service

Process to Stop Service

 

Registered active users can cancel the service at any time through IVR, SMS or USSD:

- IVR: Dial the short code 21279, press 0 from main menu and then press 3.
- SMS: Type STOP IAP & send to 21279.
- USSD: Dial *21279# and follow instructions to cancel the service.

Subscription fee for this service is BDT 7 + VAT (BDT 8.05 including VAT) for 7 days with unlimited minutes during this 7 days period. There is no additional IVR browsing fee for using this service. This service has auto renewal feature.
