- Customer can check voice bonus amount by dialing *566*9# and Remaining Data volume and validity can be checked by dialing an *566*10#
- Customer can enjoy this recharge bonus data and voice offer maximum 15 times within campaign period
- To use the bonus data customers have to always be activated with a regular data package and speed of data package will be as same as the regular data pack
- One HS can be tagged with one MSISDN number. So multiple MSISDNs of same HS will not be eligible for getting this offer.
- After 15th Recharge amount (cumulative of different denomination) within the campaign period, this offer will be automatically closed
- All other tariffs, pulse etc remains as is as per product and features.
- In prepaid, volume will be carry forwarded with existing package volume but Existing unlimited data users will not get this offer.
- If a non Internet user (who has no Internet Package subscribed at the moment of bonus disbursement) gets this offer, then to use the bonus data, customer has to activate a regular data pack.
- Customers using Heavy internet pack, Click Pack and Smart Plan will not be eligible for data bundle in this campaign
- 15% VAT applicable
- Customer will get after sales service from respective handset companies service centers
